Refund policy
Road Dog Coffee Company does not accept returns for coffee products purchased on roaddogcoffee.com.
Due to the nature of our food-grade coffee products, we cannot accept returns for goods once they have left our facilities. Should you need additional support, please reach out to us by Contacting Us to submit a request. However we may be willing to swap it for you, but let's chat about it. Our priority is you and ensuring your support for RDCC remains in tact.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@roaddogcoffee.com.
