This light-to-medium roast blend of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Mexican Chiapas offers a vibrant medley of fruity flavors, with bright notes of lemon, peach, and apricot from the Yirgacheffe balanced by the smooth, nutty sweetness and hints of chocolate from the Chiapas. The coffee has a silky, medium body and finishes clean and refreshing, with lingering floral and citrus notes complemented by subtle undertones of honey and roasted nuts.
